Abstract
A lo largo del curso académico 2010/2011 se ha iniciado en
la Universidad de Granada la implantación del nuevo Grado
en Maestro de Educación Infantil. El propósito de este
trabajo ha sido recoger información sobre la marcha del
título para tener una visión paralela a la evaluación realizada
a nivel institucional a través de la Comisión para la Garantía
de la Calidad. Utilizando el grupo de discusión como
herramienta de evaluación cualitativa hemos conocido los
puntos fuertes y débiles del Grado a través de la propia voz
del alumnado protagonista en el proceso de implantación de
esta nueva titulación.
The implementation of the new Early Childhood Education degree began in the 2010/2011 academic year at the University of Granada (Spain). The purpose of this study has been to gather information on the development of this degree to have a parallel assessment to the institutional one which the Committee for Quality Assurance conducts. Using the focus group as a qualitative evaluation tool we learnt about the strengths and weaknesses of the degree through the voice of the students who are the protagonists in the implementation of this new university studies.
