ABSTRACT: We want to show the importance of an improvement group for the normalization of health care. This can only be made based on the evidence. For this reason, we carry out two evaluations related to the knowledge and the use of the nursing language among the nursing professionals working in our health care centre. The first evaluation was carried out in 2000 and the second one in 2003. The sample in the first evaluation was 50 and in the second it comprised 49 cases. A questionnaire was used (5 questions contained a guided answer).
