Abstract
Los valores cívicos deben impregnar la formación postobligatoria.
El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la opinión que
el docente de enseñanza postobligatoria tiene acerca de la
presencia de las capacidades de compromiso y motivación,
solución de conflictos, comunicativa y de negociación y
toma de decisiones en la formación de sus estudiantes. Cumplimentaron
un cuestionario ad-hoc 516 docentes españoles.
Mediante la T de Student y ANOVA de un factor se
comprobaron las diferencias significativas en función de características
sociodemográficas y/o laborales de los docentes.
Las cuatro capacidades están algo presentes en las enseñanzas
postobligatorias, pero sería deseable aumentar su
formación.
Civic values should be instilled during post-compulsory education. The objective of this study was to analyze teachers´ opinions about the presence of commitment and motivation, conflict resolution, communicative and negotiation and decision-making competences in the teaching of their students. 516 Spanish teachers completed an ad-hoc questionnaire. Student’s T and ANOVA of one factor showed significant differences according to sociodemographic and/or labor characteristics. The four competences have some presence in post-compulsory education, but increasing their teaching would be desirable.
