Abstract
Este trabajo aborda la importancia que
tiene la dimensión subjetiva del conocimiento
educativo para influir en el grado y tipo de utilización
que del mismo se hace por parte de centros
escolares y profesores. Se presentan resultados de
una investigación referidos a los factores que
determinan el valor de cursos de formación permanente
desde el punto de vista del profesorado
participante. Concretamente se discuten el diferente
papel que se atribuye a diversos aspectos de
la formación y los criterios desde los cuales éstos
se valoran en términos de su incidencia sobre el
aprendizaje y la práctica posterior.
Abstract: This paper examines the importance of subjective dimension of educational knowledge to influence the grade and type of its utilization by schools and teachers. Results from a more extensive study refered to factors that bring about inservice courses value from the participan! viewpoints are presented. Particularly, the article argue both the different role assigned to severa! issues of in-service education and the assess approaches in relation with its impact on learning and subsequent practice.
