Abstract
La indisciplina de los jóvenes no
constituye un fenómeno aislado referido al área de la enseñanza, sino que es un ejemplo y un síntoma notable de la inquietud de la juventud frente a la sociedad representada en la figura del profesor y que parece incapaz de asignarle un lugar conveniente. El centro educativo no puede asumir en exclusiva la formación moral de sus alumnos, demanda compartir esta función con la implicación
directa de los padres, de la comunidad educativa y de otras instituciones.
Se reivindica aquí el centro educativo como formador de virtudes morales y hábitos deseables y propios del ciudadano. Esta difícil empresa implica rediseñar los espacios organizativos y laborales
en los centros para que esto sea posible.
Abstract: The lack discipline among the youth is not an isolated phenomenon in the educational fíeld, but also an example and a symptom of the worries they have about society, which is represented by the teacher and which seems unable to assign him a proper role Secondary schools cannot assume the moral education of students on their own, and they ask to share that function with concerned parents, the educational community and other institution. So we want the educational centre tobe the trainerin both moral virtues and healty habits which every citizen have. This difficult task implies to redesign the organizational and working areas of educational centres in order to achieve that objective.
