Description
Abstract

The most evident results show a type of student body with a shortage of values such as respect, tolerance and empathy. Similarly, there is a shortage of social skills to resolve conflicts, lack of discipline and social skills. Finally, the low involvement of the families in the educational process of the students is discovered, with direct repercussions on their teaching-learning process.
