Abstract
Este artículo aborda la evolución jurídico-ética de la biodiversidad hasta la actualidad, y como se manifiesta la relación entre el derecho ambiental, y el bioderecho. Así mismo, se estudian las diferentes manifestaciones por parte del derecho ambiental y cómo la protección de la biodiversidad es un deber que involucra a las diferentes generaciones de la humanidad y cómo es especialmente importante la protección de los grandes carnívoros para los diferentes ecosistemas para mantener el ecosistema para las generaciones futuras. En este sentido, se analizan algunos casos relevantes para el ámbito jurídico relacionados con el canis lupus signatus por ser la última especie que ha sufrido un cambio jurídico en su estatus de protección.
This paper contains the legal and ethical evolution of biodiversity up to the present day, and how the relationship between environmental law and biolaw is manifested. In the same way, the different demonstrations of environmental law are studied and how the protection of biodiversity is a duty that involves the different generations of humans and how the protection of large carnivores is especially important for the different ecosystems in order to maintain the ecosystem for future generations. In this case, I analyse some relevant legal cases related to the canis lupus signatus as the latest species to suffer a legal change in its protection status.
