Abstract
Résumé: Cet article analyse les changements de Paris autour de 1808, à la suite de la Révolution. On examine quelques transformations urbaines, comme les Passages. Aussi des spectacles nouveaux comme les Panoramas. Et on révise les nouvelles manières dans la société, les usages, les distractions qui commencent à être à la mode dans ce Paris qui initie son cheminement pour devenir la capitale du XIX siècle et de la modernité.
Abstract: This article analyses the changes occurred in Paris in 1808 after the Revolution. Some urban transitions such as “the passages” are studied. Also new spectacles like “Panoramas” are analysed as well as the new habits and activities that began to be in fashion in Paris that became the capital of modernity in the XIXth century.
