Abstract
En este trabajo se propone cruzar dos miradas políticas, una desde el liberalismo
político y otra desde el pensamiento socialdemócrata, con el fin de proporcionar líneas de
renovación conceptual y acción política que ambas corrientes, tras el diagnóstico de su crisis
actual, pueden y deben afrontar para poder contribuir de modo conjunto a una reconstrucción de
la vida democrática en el mundo postpandémico. Se propone que tal tarea puede realizarse sobre
el terreno común de una política fraternalista
In this paper we propose to cross two political views, one from political liberalism and the other from social democratic thought, in order to provide lines of conceptual renewal and political action that both currents, after the diagnosis of their current crisis, can face in order to contribute jointly to a reconstruction of democratic life in the post-pandemic world. It is proposed that such a task can be accomplished on the common ground of a fraternalist politics.
