Description
Abstract
In this study, which has a distinctly sociological character, are identified and examined, in depth, the changes that occurred at the end of the 20th century in various countries such as United States, England, Australia and Canada in terms of custodial father families, also known in the literature as lone-father families. The main objective of the study is to determine if our social and familial realities are living the same changes than these countries. Also, in this study are identified the characteristic of the lone-father structures of Spain, in order to point out later, the similarities and differences that they present with regard to those existing in other countries.
