Abstract
El trabajo que presentamos es una investigación
sobre las percepciones del profesorado de la
Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) ante los
cambios metodológicos que suponen la introducción
del Crédito Europeo (ECTS) y la utilización de las TIC
en su actividad docente e investigadora.
A través de un cuestionario y varios paneles de
expertos, se ha recogido información sobre el
conocimiento sobre el Proceso de Convergencia
Europeo (PCE); el nivel de formación y uso de las
Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación
(TIC); qué temáticas son más demandadas por los
profesores y qué tipo de oferta formativa es más
adecuada para cubrir esas demandas; qué tipo de
servicios de apoyo consideran lo más importantes.
This research aims to identify Higher Education teachers’ perception facing the methodological changes that that derives from the introduction of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and the uses of information and communication technologies in their teaching and research practices. Collected data is concerned to teachers knowledge about European Convergence Process; training level in uses of ICT in teaching and learning processes of Higher Education teachers; their anticipation and beliefs about the effects of ICT integration into their didactic approaches and teaching methodologies within the ECTS framework; training demands on European Convergence Process, teaching methodologies and ICT uses in Higher Education; and, support and training services demanded by faculty members to higher education institutions.
