Description
Abstract
General Adults Permanent Education has been decreasing just as population without education did it or was reduced to elderly. But Adults Professional Education has suddenly grown. This one is mainly concentrated on people with the lowest level of formal education, but the share of people with higher level is growing. In lack of market works or evaluation instruments, the efficiency of the system can not be measured.
