Semantic modelling of self-realization of the personality
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2022) Dyakov, Sergey Ivanovich
The research is focused on studying self-organization of the personality in aspect of subjectness. The technique of modeling of social and role identification of the personality is presented. The research objective - to define semantic constructs self-updating in modeling of per-sonal identification. Methods and techniques of a research. Semantic approach in structuring dichot-omizing couples of constructs of personal identification is used. Offered original technique "Semantic Modelling of Self-organization of the Person-ality" ("SMSOP"). Respondents fill "Repertoire lattices" of J. Kelly. Results of sample are factorized. Respondents make modeling of in images "I am-real", "I am-ideal" and also images of "The Self-updated Personality" (SUP) and "Nonconformist" (NC), using a set of the linguistic constructs received by means of repertoire lattices of J. Kelly). Sample – students-psychologists, the 218th persons. Results and discussion. Comparative data of constructs self-updating (in as-pect "I am-ideal") and the SUP and Oil Company models showed. Though SUP is a reference model of achievements of the personality (according to A. Maslow, etc.), and the NC discloses properties of self-affirmation, in semantics of mental self-organization (MSO) of the personality, respond-ents aren't focused fully on these standards. Results of the factorial analysis showed features of semantics of MSO of the identity of students in aspect self-updating ("I am-ideal"): emotional spontaneity and, at the same time, strength of mind and self-confidence and also communication and wellbe-ing in life (connected with intellectuality, ingenuity). Conclusions. Semantics self-updating persons reveals for youth in the posi-tions defining possible, achievable aspects of prospect of their life. The SUP and NC models are "perfect" for them.

Work characteristics and occupational health: validation and proposal of a shortened version of the Work Design Questionnaire

Validation of the Job Crafting Scale in Latin American Workers
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2022) Gutiérrez Carvajal, Oscar Iván; Polo Vargas, Jean David; Vargas Montealegre, Alba Ruth; Zumárraga Espinosa, Marcos; Ramírez Ocaña, Ximena; Segovia Marin, Valeria; Calderín Salgado, Lina Margarita
In this study, the psychometric properties of the Spanish version (Bakker et al., 2018) of the Job Crafting scale of Tims et al. (2012), was an-alyzed in a Latin American population. We applied the scale to a sample of 903 employees (42.6% women & 57.4% men) from Colombia and Ecua-dor. Reliability and validity were examined. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed an adequate fit both in Colombia (CFI = .916, TLI = .900, IFI = .917, RMSEA = .060) and in Ecuador (CFI = .918, TLI = .903, IFI = .919, RMSEA = .064), in the four-factor structure of the origi-nal scale. Evidence of validation, related to criterion for psychological well-being for the dimensions of increasing structural resources and increasing challenging demands, was found. The Spanish version of the scale demon-strates its usefulness for research in the Latin American context.

Resilience and associated factors in women survivors of Intimate Partner Violence: a systematic review
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2022) Fernández Álvarez, Natalia; Fontanil, Yolanda; Alcedo, Ángeles
Most research on Intimate Partner Violence against women (IPV) has tended to present women as passive victims, but in recent years, there has been an increase in studies adopting a strengths-based approach. The aim of the present study is to review the empirical literature about re-silience in women survivors of IPV to (a) analyze the consensus on the definition and assessment of resilience; (b) study the correlates of resilience; and (c) reflect on the applicability of such knowledge in policies and pro-fessional practice. Following PRISMA guidelines, a systematic search was carried out in the Scopus, WoS and PsycINFO databases. The search yield-ed 42 articles published in English or Spanish over an unlimited timeframe. Results showed that process-oriented, trait-oriented, and outcomes-oriented definitions of resilience were all adopted in the research and that assessment methods also differed across studies. Individual, relational, and contextual factors were found as resilience correlates. There is a need for a theoretical consensus and for research on the mecha-nisms through which vulnerability or protective factors exert their influ-ence on groups with specific risk conditions. Finally, governments and in-stitutions should take actions to support women and children and to pre-vent future IPV.

Examination of military personnel’s changed psychological states during long-term deployment in a war zone
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2022) Kokun, Oleg; Pischko, Iryna; Lozinska, Natalia
Examining military personnel’s psychological states is an effec-tive way to prevent negative mental health consequences during their de-ployment in a war zone. The present study identifies changes in the psy-chological states of military personnel (n = 192) during a 6-month deploy-ment in a war zone in eastern Ukraine. The results confirmed both of our proposed hypotheses. First, with regard to time limits on military person-nel’s deployment on the front lines in eastern Ukraine on the basis of ex-amined psychological states, the estimated recommended deployment du-ration was three months. Second, we found significant differences in the dynamics of the psychological states of service members with versus with-out previous deployment experience. The results also substantiate that mil-itary personnel’s psychological states should be monitored during deploy-ment in order to prevent negative mental health consequences and to en-sure that military units successfully accomplish their tasks.
