From this perspective the history of the European law is examined, pointing out their convenience, and which it should be their objective and space content.

    El latín de los Usatges de Barcelona

    Dificultades que presenta el análisis del texto latino de los Usatges por tratarse de un texto formado por acarreo de textos diversos, transmitido en manuscritos de diferentes épocas y por las dificultades intrínsecas al latín medieval hispano. Señala algunas de las características del latín de los Usatges y apunta su posible dependencia de una versión anterior en catalán. Difficulties that presents the analysis of the Latin text of the Usatges by being of a text formed by accumulation of diverse texts, transmitted in manuscripts of several times and for the intrinsic difficulties of the Latin medieval Hispanic. It points out some of the cha- racteristics of the Latin of the Usatges and it aims their possible dependence of a previous version in Catalan.
