Consideraciones interesantes sobre las modas (metodológicas y de contenido) existentes en nuestro siglo en la Historia del Derecho. Desde esta perspectiva se examina la historia del derecho europeo y se señala su conveniencia, y cual debe ser su contenido objetivo y espacial.
Interesting Considerations on the fashions (of method and of con- taining) existent in our century in the history of the law. From this perspective the history of the European law is examined, pointing out their convenience, and which it should be their objective and space content.
