Abstract
Este trabajo analiza la percepción de los residentes de un destino turístico consolidado, sobre los impactos económicos, socioculturales y ambientales del modelo turístico, así como su satisfacción hacia el mismo. Se mide la percepción de 372 residentes de Andorra, a par-tir de la información cuantitativa obtenida en una encuesta de satisfacción. Los resultados permiten constatar que los residentes constituyen una población consciente y crítica con el modelo turístico, sector económico principal de la economía andorrana. Esta información tiene implicaciones para la gestión del turismo del país
This paper analyzes the perception of the residents from a consolidated tourist destina-tion on the economic, sociocultural and environmental impacts of the tourism model, as well as their satisfaction with it. The perception of 372 residents of Andorra is measured, based on the quantitative information obtained in a satisfaction survey. The results show that residents constitute a conscious and critical population aware of the tourism model, main economic sector of the Andorran economy. This information has implications for the management of tourism in the country
