dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo, apoyado en la perspectiva teórico-metodológica del Análisis del Discurso (AD) desde una perspectiva materialista, tiene como objetivo comprender el funcionamiento de la argumentación en el discurso de resistencia del sujeto-mujer-parlamentaria a la violencia política de género. Esta violencia afecta a las mujeres durante su labor como parlamentarias a través de interrupciones, ofensas, censuras y silenciamientos. Según Orlandi (2007c), se trata de una estrategia argumentativa de la retórica de la opresión para excluir al oponente del debate político. Sin embargo, como reacción, existe la retórica de la resistencia, en la que se producen estrategias específicas para resistir al silenciamiento. Para entender cómo funciona esta forma de argumentación, elegimos como material de análisis un vídeo que muestra un fragmento de la sesión del CPI sobre el MST que tuvo lugar en 2023, en el que se interrumpe e impide hablar a la parlamentaria Sâmia Bomfim, del PSOL/SP. A partir del análisis, observamos que por más que el sujeto-mujer-parlamentaria intente luchar contra el autoritarismo y el silenciamiento utilizando argumentos basados en la legislación, su voz es silenciada y tiene que recurrir a otras estrategias como los gritos para hacerse oír.	es
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This present work, supported by the theoretical-methodological perspective of materialist Discourse Analysis (DA), aims to understand how argumentation works in the subject-parliamentarian-woman's discourse of resistance to political gender violence. This violence affects women during their work as parliamentarians through interruptions, offenses, censorship and silencing. According to Orlandi (2007b), this is an argumentative strategy of the rhetoric of oppression to exclude the opponent from the political debate. However, as a reaction, there is the rhetoric of resistance in which specific strategies are produced to resist silencing. In order to understand how this form of argumentation works, we chose as our object of analysis a video showing a clip from the session of the CPI on the MST that took place in 2023, in which parliamentarian Sâmia Bomfim from PSOL/SP is interrupted and prevented from speaking. For this analysis, our theoretical apparatus consisted of the concept of subject and its relationship with ideology, subject-position, argumentation, as well as the notions of silence and shouting. Based on the analysis, we observed that, as much as the subject-woman-parliamentarian tries to fight back against authoritarianism and silencing by using arguments based on legislation, her voice is silenced and she has to use other strategies such as shouting to make herself heard.	en
