Abstract
El estudio analiza el desarrollo ético organizacional
en los centros de educación
infantil y primaria de Catalunya y valida
propuestas de intervención al respecto.
La metodología empleada incluye la realización
de 18 entrevistas exploratorias a
direcciones, inspectores escolares; a expertos
en ética organizacional, liderazgo
ético y la aplicación de 442 cuestionarios
a direcciones escolares. El contenido trata
de delimitar teórica y prácticamente
el constructo de ética organizacional, las
competencias, funciones profesionales
de la dirección escolar al respecto y propuestas
organizativas para la promover su
desarrollo. Las conclusiones del estudio
ratifican que la ética organizacional en los
centros educativos requiere espacios de
diálogo, de reflexión institucional, la delimitación compartida de valores éticos institucionales
y un equipo educativo comprometido
y con formación ética-moral.
This study analyzes the ethical organizational development in early childhood and primary education centers in Catalonia and validates intervention proposals in this regard. The methodology used consisted of 18 exploratory interviews with managers, school inspectors, and experts in organizational ethics and ethical leadership. A total of 442 school principals were also surveyed through questionnaires. This study aims to delimit theoretically and practically the construct of organizational ethics, competences, professional functions of the school management team in this regard and organizational proposals to promote its development. The conclusions of this study confirm that organizational ethics in educational centers requires spaces for dialogue, institutional reflection, the shared delimitation of institutional ethical values and a committed educational team with training in ethics and morals.
