dc.description.abstractThis article is about pet cemeteries. The idea came about ten years ago, when we were researching cities. This is a complex phenomenon that we have decided to present in the form of notes. We’ve also delved into the history of animal cemeteries, human-animal relationships, and beliefs in the soul of animals. Finally, we use the concept of animism discovered by Tylor, to understand the history of this curious phenomenon.
dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo trata sobre los cementerios de animales. La idea surgió hace diez años, cuando investigábamos el entorno urbano. Se trata de un fenómeno complejo que hemos decidido presentar en forma de notas y observaciones. También hemos indagado en la historia de los enterramientos animales, las relaciones entre humanos y animales y las creencias en el alma de los animales. Finalmente, utilizamos el concepto de animismo descubierto por Tylor, para entender la historia de este curioso fenómeno.
