Universidad de Murcia, 2025) Lombo Montañés, Alberto; Sin departamento asociadoThis article is about pet cemeteries. The idea came about ten years ago, when we were researching cities. This is a complex phenomenon that we have decided to present in the form of notes. We’ve also delved into the history of animal cemeteries, human-animal relationships, and beliefs in the soul of animals. Finally, we use the concept of animism discovered by Tylor, to understand the history of this curious phenomenon.

Universidad de Murcia, 2025) Ortega Castejón, José Francisco; Sin departamento asociadoPoetry, the four or five-line stanzas occupy a stellar role in flamenco, sharing the limelight with music. In the case of the mining singings, many of these creations come from the trovo or improvised poetry. Indeed, there have been many practitioners or fans of this art that, consciously or not, have contributed to swell the flow of lyrics of this family of singings, that have special roots in the Region of Murcia. In this sense, names like those of José María Marín, Ángel Roca or Basilio Martínez Vera stand out.
