Abstract
A partir del análisis de las experiencias de formación pedagógica inicial y permanente del profesor universitario en las que he participado a lo largo de los últimos doce años, como formadora o como profesora en formación, presento, en la primera parte de este artículo, mis reflexiones sobre estas experiencias. En un segundo momento del artículo, elaboro tres propuestas que surgen del balance y evaluación de las actividades de formación experimentadas. La primera de estas propuestas versa sobre la necesidad de profesionalizar la tarea docente; la segunda sobre la necesidad de institucionalizar la formación pedagógica del profesor universitario y la tercera sobre la necesidad de profesionalizar la formación pedagógica del profesor universitario.
Based on the analysis of the experiences of initial and permanent pedagogical traininig for university professors that I have taken part in during the last twelve years-as trainee and then trainer- I will present in the first part of this article my reflections on these experiences. Secondly, I wil put forward three proposals drawn from the balance and evaluation of the experienced training activities. The first of these proposals argues the necessity of professionalising the task of teaching. The second explains the necessity of institutionalising the pedagogical training of university professors, and the third, the necessity of professionalising the pedagogical training of university professors.
