Abstract
La finalidad de esta investigación es describir las
actuaciones de un grupo de profesores en su papel
como estudiantes, en términos de la manifestación
del pensamiento productivo, las actitudes y el
aprovechamiento académico en este proceso
formativo, como un aspecto relevante a considerar
dentro en la contextualidad de la calidad
docente. Para ello se trabajó con un grupo de
cinco participantes a quienes denominaremos
como: (profesores-estudiantes) en dos cursos
(semestres) de estudios de posgrado en Enseñanza
de las Ciencias con Especialidad en Química, en
una Universidad de prestigio pública al norte de
México. La investigación que se llevó a cabo fue
de corte mixto, de tal forma que los resultados que
arrojan ambas líneas enriquecen las conclusiones
obtenidas. Los hallazgos son relevantes, dada la
implicación que tiene en un profesor su vivencia
como estudiante y la manifestación de su
pensamiento creativo y actitudinal en la
trascendencia de su profesión.
The purpose of this research is to describe the performances of group of professors in their paper like students, in terms of the manifestation of they productive thought, the attitudes and the academic use in this formative process, as an outstanding aspect to consider inside in the context of the educational quality. For that we worked with five participants to who we will denominate as: (professor-students) in two courses (semesters) of graduate studies in Teaching of Sciences with Specialty in Chemistry, in a public University of prestige to the north of Mexico. The research that was carried out was of mixed court, in such a way the results that hurtle of both lines enrich the obtained conclusions. The discoveries are outstanding, given the implication that has in a professor their role experience like students and the manifestation of their creative thought and attitudinal in the transcendence of his profession.
