Description
Abstract
Th is paper analyzes the three forms of active ageing according to Social Security law: partial retirement (anticipated or deferred), fl exible or delayed retirement and active retirement. Active ageing has been confi gured as the main concept on which pension systems should focus, but it is a social construct with a high degree of concretion and indeterminacy, and this causes problematic situations of coexistence between replacement income and incomes of work.
