Description
Abstract
Instrumentation expression is one of the areas that make up Music Education, from this discipline it is possible to offer the child various forms of expression, communication and personal growth, not through the theoretical, but actively, participatorily, socially and playfully using music as an educational method. Currently, teachers are acquiring information about it and its presence in the classroom is increasing. This quantitative studyseeks to know the perception that university students have about the instrumental expression. The results reflect that instrumentation is one of the least worked musical areas throughout the Infant stage and that despite having received adequate training on the didactics of this field, many of the future teacher’s don´t feel prepared to teach it in the classrooms. So that, there is an incongruity between academic training and teacher preparation.
