Abstract
El cambio que propugna la LOGSE afecta fundamentalmente,
en su desarrollo y posterior aplicación, a dos amplios sectores: al
profesorado en tanto que debe implantar una reforma académica de
gran trascendencia y a las empresas que deben recoger y formar en
centros de trabajo a los estudiantes de los diferentes ciclos. En el
artículo se presenta la nueva estructura de los Ciclos Formativos de
formación profesional en España y unas reflexiones previas sobre su
concepción y lo que representa como cambio social cultural y
profesional docente.
The change proposed by LOGSE (General Organization of the Educational System Act) affects fundamentaly two broad sectors: teachers, because this Act has to implement a very important academical reform, and businesses which have to give training to the students in specific centres. In this article, the author discusses the new structure of spanish professional training, and what it represents as a socio-cultural change and professional change among teachers.
