Abstract
La escuela se ve sometida a las exigencias de la
sociedad de la que forma parte, de manera que responda
a cada una de las necesidades que surgen en sintonía
con las coordenadas y retos de esa sociedad . Esa
respuesta en una sociedad como la nuestra tiene que ver
con el desarrollo de una educación democrática e
inclusiva. Esto significa que la escuela debe desarrollar
procesos y estrategias capaces de generar una respuesta
satisfactoria en el aula en esa perspectiva. La
cooperación en el aula es una propuesta concreta
orientada a generar en el aula un aprovechamiento
pedagógico de las diferencias entre el alumnado, lo cual
convierte la diversidad en un recurso útil que contribuye al
desarrollo de escuelas democráticas, impulsando la
reflexión y la discusión necesaria entre el alumnado, el
profesorado y las familias acerca de un proyecto de
educación orientado a asumir la responsabilidad de
educar en y para la democracia. Este trabajo ha estado
orientado a explorar de que manera el profesorado
percibe este tipo de procesos y su organización.
The school is submitted to the requirements of society of whom it bellong to part, so that it answers each of the needs that arise in tuning with the coordinates and challenges of that society. This response in a society like ours has to see with the development of a democratic and inclusive education. This means that school must develop processes and capable strategies of generating a satisfactory response in the classroom in that perspective. The cooperation in the classroom is a concrete offer orientated when generates in the clasroom a pedagogic utilization of the differences between the student body, which turns the diversity into a useful resource that contributes to the development of democratic schools, stimulating the reflection and the necessary discussion, among students, teachers and families over a project of education orientated to assume the responsibility of educating in and for democracy. This work has been orientated to explore in which way teachers perceives this type of processes and its organization
