Abstract
La Educación Especial ha ido evolucionando en sus planteamientos, hasta llegar a una nueva concepción, centrada no tanto en la descripción de los sujetos como en la RESPUESTA que el Sistema Educativo debe arbitrar para posibilitar a los alumnos su acceso al currículum. Este nuevo enfoque nos sitúa ante un nuevo Modelo, que asume la diversidad como factor inherente al propio hecho educativo, y cuya puesta en práctica sólo será posible si se adoptan una serie de medidas, destacándose, entre otras, la habilitación de cauces para la formación del profesorado y el compromiso de éstos para asumir una tarea colectiva, es decir, un trabajo en equipo.
The Especial Education has improved the approach to achieve new prospectives. This prospective is centered in the answer that the Educational System must provide to the students their access to the Curriculum. In this way, we are facing a new model, wich assumes the diversity as an answer. In order to achieve these goals, a teacher training improvement is required as well as the compromise to assume a collective task, e.g., working collectively as a teaching team.
