Description
Abstract
This study addresses the effects of the Feminist May movement in Chile (2018) from its institutionalization in the legislation that regulates sexual harassment, violence and gender discrimination in the university context (Law No. 21.369). From a qualitative research design that integrated photo-intervention as a technique of information production, we worked with a feminist collective of students collecting the narratives and practices deployed today regarding feminist organization in the university. From the content analysis carried out, we reconstructed four categories that account for the latent situation of the feminist movement in the current context: care, reproduce to resist, struggle and feminist consciousness. Thus, within the framework of the neoliberal educational model, the feminist organization allows facing the spaces of violence in the university context, from practices of care, resistance and sorority sustained in a critical conscience oriented to social transformation.
