Abstract
El análisis de los atributos de los oficios concejiles y del comportamiento de los diferentes agentes permite comprender un aspecto relevante de la acción política local. La actuación pública de los oficiales de diversa procedencia y los intereses particulares que promueven constituyen un problema central para dar cuenta de la dinámica del poder en el ámbito municipal. Para ello, concentraremos la indagación en la valiosa documentación de los Libros de Acuerdos de Madrid y de Zamora, cuya riqueza permite explorar una diversidad de cuestiones.
The analysis of the attributes of the offices councils and the behavior of the various agents allows us to understand a very important aspect of the local political action. The public performance of the officials from diverse backgrounds and private interests that promote is a central issue to give an account of the dynamics of power at the municipal level.
