Abstract
ABSTRACT The modern man's personal responsibility is the fundamental value of the ethics of XXI century globalized world. Individual responsibility with their own existential choice for decent person (Agnes Heller) and the constitution for all, that defends freedom and life, has become the third pillar of modern ethics. Individual responsibility also has a public (political) that makes it necessary but not sufficient condition for the Vita Activa of the human condition (Hannah Arendt). Human action responsible, creative excellence (Hans Joas), requires for its elucidation a critical hermeneutics that goes beyond Habermas
