Description
Abstract
Esta investigación
propone una aproximación a
la
obra poética
del escritor
peruano
Sebastián Salazar Bondy (1924
-
1965)
,
This article approaches the poetical work of Peruvian writer Sebastián Salazar Bondy (1924 - 1965) , and its relationship with a group of journalistic articles he wrote during the fifties in La Prensa , as well as the testimon ies of writers which became aware of the importance of Salazar ́s work, soon after his death. In those articles, Salazar Bondy develops a series of concepts concerning Poetics (poetical language, the role of poet in modern society, and others aspects). I intend to demonstrate how these topics are reflected in h is most representative poem, “Todo esto es mi país”, in order 2 to show the coherence of his poetical work, a fact that has been overlooked by recent criti ci sm.
