Description
Abstract
As an important member of the RhoGTPase
family, RhoC has various biological functions, such as
regulating cytoskeleton reorganization, influencing cell
adhesion, and migration. During recent decades, RhoC
has been proven to be involved in the invasion and
metastasis of malignant tumor and is thus a promising
target of tumor therapy. This review focuses on the
molecular mechanism of RhoC in invasion and
metastasis of malignant tumors, as well as its research
prospects as a potential target for tumor therapy.
