RESUMEN
El presente trabajo es un estudio sobre dos aspectos intelectuales teóricamente interconectados entre sí. La
justicia helleriana constituye una reafirmación –no sólo por exclusión- de teoría de la ideología que elaborase
Arendt. Ésta aporta una visión que pretende la autonomización de la libertad humana, de tal manera que la
capacidad para juzgar pueda corresponderse también con los parámetros morales de la sociedad. De manera
significativa, tanto Arendt como Heller beben de algunas fuentes comunes –por ejemplo, el kantismo-, para
luego separarse en su percepción de la realidad.
ABSTRACT The present article is a study on two intellectual issues theoretically interconnected between them. The Hellerian justice constitutes a reaffirmation –not only by exclusion- of the ideology theory elaborated by Arendt. This German thinker made a clear contribution with an special interest in reclaiming a more relevant autonomy of human freedom, in such a way that the aptitude to judge could correspond also with the moral parameters of society. At the same time, Arendt and Heller they were influenced by some common sources –for instance, Kantism-, then to separate in their perception of the reality.
