Abstract
La presencia de las mujeres en el
mercado de trabajo transciende el ámbito de lo privado, pero no viene acompañada por un reparto real de las responsabilidades domésticas entre los distintos miembros de la familia y, en la práctica,
las mujeres simultanean la organización del
trabajo del hogar, la realización de las tareas domésticas y la crianza de sus hijas e hijos.
La estructura familiar experimenta cambios, en tanto que las mujeres modifican los patrones culturales, económicos y políticos que la sociedad todavía les asigna como destino genérico. Ahora bien, ¿en qué consisten estos cambios de la estructura familiar?, ¿son teóricos o son reales, ¿sobre quiénes recaen las consecuencias del cambio?, ¿cómo se les transmite el género a estos hijos e hijas?. En este texto pretendemos acercarnos a la realidad de esta situación teórica y práctica
en las familias de la Región de Murcia.
Summary: Women accede to the labour marquek but the organization of the domestic work does not change (men do not help or even they do not want increase their colaboration at home) and women work outside home and even they organise all the tasks of their houses, and take care of their children too.¡ In the patriarcal model of family does not change towards a nore igualitarian model ( ... ) thc son's and caughter's education will be sexist (different).In this article we study the familie's sexist education of the Region of Murcia.
