Introducción al memorial redactado por el jesuita morisco Ignacio de las Casas (1550-1608) en 1607 por encargo del padre Cristóbal de los Cobos (hacia 1553-1611), provincial de Castilla de 1605 a 1609. El texto, extractado a continuación, consta de 66 folios y forma parte de un conjunto de cuatro textos, redactados por nuestro autor entre 1605 y 1607, reunidos bajo el título De los moriscos de España.
