Abstract
El artículo presenta parte de los resultados del trabajo de
campo realizado en la investigación del Plan Nacional
I+D+I (2008-2011): La mejora de la convivencia y
el aprendizaje en los centros educativos de primaria
y secundaria con alumnado inmigrante; realizada por
profesorado de siete universidades españolas. Se trata
de cinco relatos comunicativos de vida a estudiantes de
origen inmigrante que, a pesar de haberse escolarizado
en el sistema educativo español en primaria o secundaria,
han logrado cursar estudios superiores. Los relatos ofrecen
datos sobre las prácticas educativas que han favorecido su
itinerario educativo de éxito y los obstáculos superados.
The article presents some of the results obtained from the fieldwork of the research project The improvement of living and learning in primary and secondary schools with immigrant students, funded under the National Plan I+D+I (2008-2011) conducted by researchers from seven Spanish universities. It includes five daily life narrations by immigrant origin students who, despite being enrolled in the Spanish education system in primary or secondary education, have been able to pursue higher education. The narrations provide data on educational practices that have favored their successful educational progress and also the obstacles they had to overcome.
