Abstract
Ensayo de interpretación de los conceptos subyacentes en las Ḥikam de Ibn ʿAṭā’ Allāh de Alejandría sobre el conocimiento y la acción. Se inicia el ensayo con un estudio fenomenológico de los textos más expositivos, que son los de las cuatro epístolas que figuran como apéndice de los aforismos. En un segundo momento se procede a contrastar y complementar ese primer estudio con un recorrido por los 34 discursos íntimos que siguen a las epístolas y por los 264 aforismos que conforman el texto propiamente dicho.
An essay to interpret the underlying concepts that appear in the Ḥikam of Ibn ʿAṭā’ Allāh of Alexandria about knowledge and action. The essay is started by a phenomenological analysis of the most explanatory texts that belong to the four epistles presented as the annexes of the aphorisms. At a second stage, there’s an attempt to go ahead to contrast and complement the first study with a journey throughout the 34 intimate speeches that follow the epistles and the 264 aphorisms which compose the text itself.
