dc.description.abstract	Gran parte de los capitula del Liber monstrorumson de tema mitológico; sin embargo, su fuente principal no es Ovidio, sino otra fuente, gramatical o poética (especialmente Virgilio y sus comentaristas). Ovidio no es fuente del Liber monstrorum porque no era conocido en los centros monásticos insulares donde fue compuesto el bestiario.	es
dc.description.abstract	A lot of capitula of the Liber monstrorum have a mythological argument; however, the main source is not Ovid, but another grammatical or poetical source, especially Virgil and his commentators. Ovid is not the source of the Liber monstrorum because he was not known in insular monastic centres where this bestiary was composed.	es
