Description
Abstract
Well-being mainly arises from positive psychology which keeps a focus on people’s strengths, abilities, and tools, leaving aside conflicts, risk factors and other problems that they may have. Specifically in teenagers, it is beneficial and even profitable. On the other hand, the participation of teenagers in family conflict solutions is beneficial for this age group by providing them the space to be heard, to participate and make decisions. Through an extensive bibliographic review, we consider that the participation of teenagers in family conflict resolution through mediation is optimal for their perceived subjective well-being
