Abstract
El artículo se ocupa de las publicaciones destinadas al público femenino de una editorial argentina, la Editorial Abril. De libros para niños y tebeos (como El Pato Donald y Salgari) en 1948 la Editorial pasó a publicar fotonovelas (como Idilio) y al final de los cincuenta, revistas de moda y actualidad (como Claudia). El artículo se basa principalmente en los testimonios de mujeres y hombres que trabajaron en la Editorial Abril y en el análisis de las revistas. Trata de rescatar el rol de las mujeres en la producción y en el consumo cultural de la época peronista.
The article deals with the publicacions addressed to the female public of an Argentinian publisher, Abril Publishers. From children books and cartoons (such as Donald Duck and Salgari) in 1948 the Publishers went to publish illustrated novels (such as Idilio) and at the end of the 50s, fashion and current events magazines (such as Claudia). The article is mainly based on the experiences of women and men that worked in the Abril Publisher and the magazine analysis. It tries to rescue the women role in the production and cultural consumption in the peronist time.
