dc.description.abstract	Résumé: Quand on parle du manque d’information sur l’application d’une mise au point herméneutique à propos de la traduction (Campos Plaza & Ortega Arjonilla, 2005: 302), nous insistons sur la nécessité de formuler une typologie textuelle qui rende possible la systématisation des différents problèmes que rencontre le traducteur de textes économiques. Dans ce sens, nous avons considéré intéressant d’ébaucher dans cet article la problématique qui entraîne la traduction de textes spécialisés en partant d’un facteur prioritaire, le terminologique/conceptuel, un élément qui garantie en partie, d’après le succès de la recherche des équivalents, la réussite ou l’échec de la traduction. Définir ce système, étudier ce langage spécialisé, mettre en rapport la structure notionnelle et pragmatique à propos du terme “bail” et faire remarquer les différences est l’objectif de ce travail.	fr
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: When talking about shortcomings in the application of a ermeneutic approach to the translation of texts (Campos Plaza & Ortega Arjonilla, 2005: 302), the need to formulate a textual typology through which to systematize the different problems the specialized translator has to face is usually highlighted. We outline in this paper the problem generated in the translation of specialized texts taking into consideration the key element of terminology/concept, which can guarantee, depending on the degree of achievement in the search for equivalents, the success or failure of the translation. The main objectives of this paper are: to define this system; to study this language from varied points of view; to relate the notional and pragmatic structure of the term “bail”, and to point out and discuss its differences.	en
