Nacionales de Salud en la U.E., su evolución

específicas de cada modelo, las reformas estructurales de los tiempos que corren (financiamiento,demografía, recursos ... ) para dar solución a la crisis de los SNS en la crisis del Estado de Bienestar. La situación de España, su reforma sanitaria expresada en cifras a través del lnformne SESPAS (1998).
Summary: Exposition on the origins of the National Health Systems in the European Union, their evolution as social Security and the specific features of each model; the present-day structural refonns (financiation, demography, resources ... ) to give a solution to the National Health Systems crisis inside the crisis of the Welfare Estate. The situation in Spain, its sanitary refonn stated in numbers by the SESPAS Report (1998).
