Abstract
Los objetivos de esta investigación responden a la preocupación de los autores por la eficacia de
las estructuras institucionales y de los resultados personales de los Centros Asociados de la U.N.E.D.
Después de los necesarios estudios descriptivos que muestran la realidad de los Centros Asociados en
sus parámetros más significativos, se propone un modelo estructural de tipo global, en el que se
recogen las relaciones «causales» hipotetizadas entre el conjunto de variables significativas del contexto
y las variables resultado.
The aims of that research fites the authors concem for the efficiency of institutional structures and for the personel results of the Associates Centers of the UNED (The Spanish Open University). After the necessary descriptive studies which show the reality of the Associates Centers, inside of its more significative parameters, the work proposes an estructural model of global type. The model reports the causal relationships, previocesly hy pothesized between the conjunct of significant context variables and the result variable.
