Abstract
This paper presents the main findings of a survey of users of the University Library of Murcia (BUM), focused on students of first and second cycle. The objective was to find out what services students know, what used, how they value, and what expectations and desires are in the library. What is also studied educational function attributed to libraries in their educational process, and what methods apply their teachers to educate them in information literacy.
