Abstract
Este artículo analiza el uso de la vivienda por la Dictadura de Franco (1939-1975) a través del Noticiero Documental(NO-DO). Se analizaron un total de setenta y cinco documentos cuya temática principal es la vivienda. La categorización y el análisisde contenido fueron los métodos empleados. Se analiza si la vivienda funcionó como un elemento propagandístico para la legitimaciónpolítica y social del régimen franquista. A partir de este punto, sugerimos una reflexión en torno a las características actuales del sectorinmobiliario español y su posible relación con el imaginario y las políticas franquistas en torno a la vivienda.

This article analyzes the use of housing by the Dictatorship of Franco (1939-1975) through the Documentary Newsletter (NO-DO). A total of seventy-five documents whose main theme is housing were analyzed. Categorization and content analysis were the methods used. It is analyzed if the house functioned as a propaganda element for the political and social legitimation of the Franco regime. From this point, we suggest a reflection on the current characteristics of the Spanish real estate sector and its possible relationship with the imaginary and francoist policies on housing.
