Abstract
El propósito de este artículo es proporcionar un análisis
reflexivo acerca del papel de la coordinación docente en la
implantación de los nuevos grados. Asumir la necesidad de
coordinación docente supone un cambio de cultura
universitaria: pasar de una cultura anclada en el
individualismo a una cultura basada en la coordinación de la
docencia como responsabilidad compartida. Nos servimos
de entrevistas realizadas a personas responsables de la
coordinación de los grados en diferentes universidades para
analizar la problemática que se ha producido para los
coordinadores en la implantación de los grados. Se concluye
con una serie de recomendaciones para mejorar la
coordinación de los títulos
The purpose of this paper is to provide a thoughtful analysis of the role of teaching coordination in the implementation of the new degrees. Assuming the need for coordination involves a change in university culture: moving from a culture rooted in individualism to a culture based on the coordination of teaching as a shared responsibility. We use interviews with degree coordinators at different universities to analyze the problems that occurred to them in the implementation of the degrees. It concludes with some recommendations to improve the coordination of university degrees.
