This research is framed in the context of the Counter. In this way we have approached pedagogical initiatives developed within the Counter-Spanish religious orders, with Guest Hospitality. This study we have addressed, through comparative doctrinal and interpretive analysis of texts, written and edited by the religious orders. Namely: The Order of Friars Obregones, Bethlemita Order and the Order of the Daughters of Charity. To do this, we use the methodology Gadamerian of the "hermeneutics of the factual", through which they have interpreted and compared the content of the texts studied. Concluding his speech that support education in scientific knowledge, in the secular "knowing" and "doing" nurse and doctrinal proposals the Council of Trent.

Young nursing student’s knowledge and attitudes about contraceptive methods.
(MDPI, 2020-08-13) Sanz Martos, Sebastián; López Medina, Isabel María; Álvarez García, Cristina; Clavijo Chamorro, María Zoraida; Ramos Morcillo, Antonio Jesús; López Rodríguez, María Mar; Fernández Feito, Ana; Navarro Prado, Silvia; Álvarez Serrano, María Adelaida; Baena García, Laura; Álvarez Nieto, Carmen; Navarro Perán, María Ángeles; Enfermería
Purpose: Adolescence is considered a period in which individuals are particularly at risk of negative consequences related to sexual health. Increased knowledge levels have traditionally been used as an indicator of the effectiveness of educational programs, but attitudes are not addressed and are a key element for the success of such programs. The aim of this study is to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes toward the use of contraceptive methods among nursing students. A multicenter cross-sectional study was carried out. In total, 2914 university students (aged 18–25 years) enrolled in the study. Participants completed two validated scales to measure knowledge level and attitudes toward contraceptive use. Nursing degree students who received training about contraceptives obtained a success rate of over 70%, compared to 15.3% among students who had not received such training (p < 0.001). The mean attitude score was 43.45 points (10–50), but there were no significant differences in terms of student training (p = 0.435), although they were significantly higher among students who used contraceptives at first or last sexual intercourse (p < 0.001). There was a significant weak correlation between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward the use of contraceptives. An adequate level of knowledge about sexuality and contraceptive methods does not correspond to positive attitudes toward their use, although having an excellent attitude toward contraceptive use is related to their use during youth and adolescence.

In this study we analyzed the relationship between ideology and educational policy in nursing studies during the Franco regime in Spain. Using Gadamer´s analysis of the Contents of compulsory subjects such as Professional Morality and Religion, this study showed the crucial influence of the Catholic Church in teaching. Also, we initiated and developed a discussion, unexplored until then, on Contents and Recipients, which led us to conclude that nursing studies during the Franco regime were defined to be "aimless". A change in the terminology from Nurse to Registered Nurse set aside other educational objectives related to the development of scientific and critical thinking skills. This implies a social redefinition in teaching.
