    El análisis sobre la utilización de drones en conflictos armados desde el Derecho internacional público.

    Los vehículos aéreos no tripulados son en la actualidad instrumentos con múltiples usos, tanto de índole privado como público, muchos de ellos aún sin explorar. Entre sus aplicaciones destaca especialmente su incorporación en el ámbito bélico. Es precisamente el crecimiento en el uso de drones en conflictos armados lo que ha impulsado este trabajo, así como el hecho de que, si bien se trata de un fenómeno que se encuentra en pleno auge y crecimiento exponencial, carece hoy en día de una normatividad clara. Este vacío legal supone actualmente una cuestión de plena importancia, en tanto que un uso indiscriminado e injustificado de estos vehículos, podría conllevar una vulneración de las normas del Derecho Internacional Público sobre el uso de fuerza; así como del Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos y del Derecho Internacional Humanitario. Se abordan, pues, en este trabajo las principales implicaciones jurídicas que los drones tienen en conflictos armados. A través de esta memoria se tratará de analizar el marco normativo existente hasta el momento, y su capacidad para dar respuesta a los múltiples escenarios que se plantean. Se hará también hincapié en los efectos positivos y negativos a nivel jurídico, político y económico que su empleo genera a los países y sus poblaciones.

    Innovative university practices on the educational advantages and disadvantages of MOOC Environments

    Information and communication technologies have revolutionized the world as we knew it before its use and applicability to daily life. This use has also moved to the educational field and has transformed the way it is learned and taught today. In the midst of this panorama, Massive Online Open Courses emerge as an opportunity available for everyone to learn, which has caused many changes in the educational field. This study is presented as an investigation into innovative university practices to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these MOOCs in the Higher Education environment. For this purpose, a qualitative and descriptive methodology has been implemented. The sample consisted of a total of 274 students of the Degree of Social Education of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville of the academic courses 2014-2019. Among the main advantages analyzed, we highlight its gratuity, the establishment of collaboration networks and time flexibility, while among the disadvantages we can highlight the abandonment, that some courses are not adapted or available for easy devices or lack of follow-up. The main idea is that once the advantages and disadvantages of MOOCs are known, the former should be encouraged, given the great benefits they entail for education; and in turn try to solve the disadvantages that have been seen that lead to the use of MOOCs, in order to promote the effectiveness of their use

    L’enfant bilingue sous l’emprise des TICS: le défi des parents non natifs.

    Abstract: Nowadays, an increasing number of parents are deciding to engage in bilingual learning for their children, even non-native speakers, from the earliest years of life. This article analyses: the role of ICT learning and acquiring the French language within a family context; the advantages and disadvantages of its application; the strategies that will be used to keep the child in contact with the language as long as possible; facilitating access to contents that will allow a more motivating and rewarding adoption of the language, promoting and stimulating the learner’s interest, autonomy, cooperation, initiative, self-esteem and creativity; thus guaranteeing the conditions for success. The influence and benefits of ICT in the teaching and learning of bilingual children are described, showing the development of innovative pedagogical practices adapted to a family context.
