Abstract
El resumen que presentamos, analiza la situación de una unidad de hospitalización para
diagnosticar posteriormente los problemas potenciales que puedan aparecer. Estudio
retrospectivo de una unidad de materno-infantil que nos permite analizar la situación de un
servicio de estas características para, posteriormente y tras la identificación de problemas,
aportar las oportunidades de mejora propuestas y presentar un plan de actuación que corrija
las posibles desviaciones producidas.
ABSTRACT The abstract here presented, analyses the situation of a hospital unit to diagnose later the potential problems that may appear. It is a retrospective research at the maternity-paediatric unit, so we had the opportunity to analyse the situation of a hospital unit of these characteristics. After the problems identification the improvement opportunities and the action plan were presented to restore the possible deviation produced.
