Abstract
Los sistemas hereditarios definen el papel de hombres y mujeres
en la transmisión de bienes. En este trabajo se definen las
principales características del sistema de heredero único que
predominaba en casi todo el norte de España y del sistema
igualitario que predominaba en el resto, y se reflexiona sobre
el papel de hombres y mujeres en cada uno de ellos.
Hereditary systems define the roles of men and women in the transfer of goods. In this paper we define the main features of the single heir system that prevailed in almost all north of Spain and the egalitarian system prevailing in the rest and reflect on the role of men and women in each one of them.
